Taste and Aroma: Slightly bitter, warm and powerful.
CARAWAY GROUND Uses: Ingredient in Curry Powders, chili, Mexican food, burritos, tacos, cheese and stews.
Substitutes: Curry Powder, Aleppo Pepper, Coriander, Caraway Powder or Cumin Seeds.
